Guest - Joining a Microsoft Teams Meeting from the browser

You'll receive an invite to the meeting in your email.

Click the link to open it.

The Teams launch page will open like below. If you have Microsoft Teams on your device, allow it to open.

If you do not have Microsoft Teams installed and do not wish to install it then select "Continue on this Browser".
The continue on this browser option will not work on browsers other than Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

Allow Microsoft Teams access to your Microphone and webcam

Enter your name, you can also mute yourself or your camera before joining the meeting below. Then click "Join Now"
We don't recommend using the middle blur background button on web as it's very resource intensive. If you'd like to use Blur Background, please install Microsoft Teams Client

The below screen will display while the meeting organizer is waiting to allow you into the meeting

It will notify them and show you in waiting room on the right

Once you're allowed in you will see the meeting setup with video.

If you need to present/screen share, request the organizer makes you a presenter. They'll be able to by clicking the three dots next to your name and click 'Make a presenter"
