Booking A Laptop Cart Reservation Via MyHelpDesk


  1. Login to My Help Desk Portal



  2. The availability of laptop carts can be checked at View Laptop Cart Availability



  3. Double Click on Laptop Cart Request on the menu bar



  4. Populate the Day, Start Time, End Time,Building and Classroom Fields




  5. Click on Check Availability and Confirm


  6. Click Yes and Ok


  7. Click Ok



  8. Click Yes to save the changes

  9. Within a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail like the sample below with your reservation information and the ability to obtain the laptop cart code. Please pay close attention to the highlighted items.  

  10. You will receive a second e-mail like the sample below with the laptop cart code.
