LDB - Fixing the VMware VM Message for Respondus on HCC Loaner Laptops.

If you have an HCC loaner laptop that runs into a VM error when you run it, perform the below actions.

1. Right click on the start menu to make a menu pop up
   click on "Device Manager"
   
2. Double click on "Mice and other pointing devices"
   
3. On all/both devices that starts with "VMware" right click and select "Uninstall device"
   
   1. When it pops up to confirm
      Check the checkbox to delete the driver
      click "Uninstall"
      
   2. Repeat for any other VMware pointing devices you have
      
   3. If it asks for you to reboot, you should but don't need to.
      
4. Close device manager once you have uninstalled all the VMware Pointing Devices
   
5. Respondus should now work.
