Signing into Adobe CC with a web browser

Summary

This document will assist you in signing into Adobe Creative Cloud suite using the web browser.
This allows you to work around sign in issues such as those seen with version 5.7 of the desktop application where either the sign in hangs on a white screen, loops asking you to sign in, or shows an error.

We currently have a ticket in with Adobe regarding sign in with version 5.7.0 of the application on our computers.


Steps

1. Before launching your Adobe applications open the "Adobe Creative Cloud" application



2. Click on Help in the top left



3. Click on "Sign in using your browser"

4. Adobe sign in will open in your browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox)

5. Sign in with your HCC email and password

6. Once you sign in the below page will show. Adobe Creative Cloud desktop will open as well and sign you in

7. Creative Cloud desktop will load. If it doesn't click the popup at the bottom that asks you to relaunch or relaunch the application yourself

8. You can now launch the Adobe applications for use
