Activate the touch panel

  1. Press the touch panel to wake it up (Fig 1,1).

Note: The touch panel may be black when you first walk into the room. Press anywhere on the screen once to display the welcome screen (Fig 1,1)

Select your source

The Home screen provides a list of sources that are available in the classroom. These sources will vary depending on the room type. In this image, you will see that you may choose to display the following sources
(Fig 2):

  • Room PC (the instructor’s computer)
  • Laptop HDMI (a cable to connect media that uses this type of connection like a laptop or an extra DVD player)
  • Doc Camera 
  • Air Media (wireless screen sharing)
  • Wall Plate (additional HDMI inputs)
  • Camera (room recording)


  1. Press your desired source (Fig 2,1). For this example the Room PC has been selected.


Select your destination

  1. Press your desired projector (Fig 3,1).
  2. Press Go (Fig 3,2).

Note: If you select a traditional projector the screen will lower automatically and the projector will turn on when you press Go. The screen will also rise automatically when you turn the projector off. 


Blank the projector

The Projector Video Mute button allows you to temporarily blank the projector screen.

  1. Press the Projector Video Mute button at the bottom right of the touch panel. The projector will stop projecting the selected source and the button will flash pale blue (Fig 4).
  2. Press the Projector Video Mute button again to resume displaying the projector (Fig 4).


Adjust the volume

When you select a source that can play audio (Room PC or a laptop, etc.), when you press a projector, the Room Speakers (Fig 5,1) will automatically be selected. When you press Go (Fig 5,2) the room speakers will play any sound coming from the selected source. 


Note: Check the volume on the computer and on the video presented to ensure they are not muted.

  1. To increase the volume of the room speakers, press Volume Up (Fig 5,3).
  2. To decrease the volume of the room speakers, press Volume Down (Fig 5,4). 
  3. To mute the speakers, press Volume Mute
    (Fig 5,5).
  4. To unmute the speakers, press Volume Mute
    (Fig 5,5) again.
