Source Buttons (left to right): PC, Laptop, Document Camera
Selecting a source will automatically power on the projector and bring the screen down. The source’s icon will light up blue when selected.
Note: There may be an additional source - “HDMI 1” - listed as well. HDMI 1 is NOT the icon for the HDMI cable coming from the desk.

    Projector Screen Controls
Tap the up arrow once to raise the screen
Tap the down arrow once to lower the screen

    Microphone Select
Tapping “Mic 1” or “Mic 2” will unmute the selected microphone.
The microphones are not in the rooms already; if you'd like to borrow one for your class, you can request one through the AV Event Setup Request form (add link to the form).

    Volume Controls
The first button on the left is the mute button; when selected the room speakers are muted and the icon is blue. The plus and minus buttons control the overall volume level, which is indicated by the blue LEDs along the bottom of the panel. Any volume adjustments made with the plus or minus buttons will automatically unmute the room speakers.

    Power Button
The power button is white when the system is off, and blue when the system is on.
Tapping this button before selecting a source is not necessary. As mentioned above, selecting a source will automatically power the system on.
When powering the system off, the power button will turn off the projector and raise the screen automatically.
Note: Please power off the system at the end of your class/event.

In this photo, all the panel icons are white. This indicates that the system is off and the panel is in Standby Mode.
