Connecting to Exchange Online from the Built In MacOS Mail App

Summary
This guide will walk you through using the built in mail app to connect to your "Migrated" mailbox.
This guide only applies if you are able to use the "Microsoft Office 365" option for email. IT will have emailed you to let you know.
Steps
1. Open the Mail App
Open the mail app, by default it is docked on the left like below.
2. Select Microsoft Exchange
3. Enter in your @howardcc.edu email address
4. Click the blue sign in button
5. Enter in your HowardCC password
6. Select what you want to sync to your Mac.
7. It may ask about the privacy features.
If it asks about Privacy, we prefer you select don't use the privacy feature as this will relay your mail through Apples servers from ours.?
If it doesn't ask then you should be set.
8. Your email should load.
Your email should load in
