Instructor Station

To log in to this instructor station you can use either the default account by hitting enter, or by logging in with your HCC account. To log in with your HCC account, select "Other User" in the screen's bottom left-hand corner.

AV Control System (Crestron)

The audio and projector settings, microphone, and webcam settings are controlled by the Crestron touch panel on the instructor podium. If you are experiencing issues with the audio, projection, or control panel, please get in touch with the Technology Service Center by calling (443) 518-4444 ext. three or using this link to create a service request. Please indicate if you would like immediate assistance, and a technician will respond to the classroom to assist you. 

Displaying Video

The Home screen on the touch panel provides a list of sources available in the classroom. These sources will vary based on classroom type—a sample image below shows available sources and destinations. 

  1. Select your source
  2. Select your destination
  3. Press 'Go'  

   

   

  


Controlling Audio

The system volume can be adjusted using the volume control buttons shown below. In the Crestron Touch Screen, press Volume Up to increase the volume and Volume Down to decrease the volume. To mute the speakers, press Volume Mute.
