Resolution:

1. Enter the 4-digit code on the bottom on the lock. 
   1. Make sure the numbers are lined up straight on the bottom of the lock. 
2. Press down and release the shackle on the top of the lock to open it
3. Remove the lock and turn the handle on the front of the cart
