Zoom Outlook Plugin Installation Instructions

 Should you have any questions or concerns with the instructions, please notify the Technology Service Center for assistance. 

Step 1

Open a web browser and navigate to https://zoom.us.

Step 2

At the top right, hover over the "Resources" tab. Do not click.

Step 3

Under the dropdown, click on "Download Zoom Client".

Step 4

At the Download Center, click on the blue download button below "Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook".

Step 5

Run the downloaded installer "ZoomOutlookPluginSetup.msi".

Step 6

Click "Next" through all of the prompts and do not change any of the settings.

Step 7

Once the installer has finished, click "Close" and open Outlook.
