Creating Parchment Transcript Account for Past HCC Students

Step 1
Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.howardcc.edu/admissions-aid/apply-for-admission/records-registration/services/.
Step 2
Select the "Request Your HCC Transcript" drop down menu.
Step 3
Select the "create an account" link.
Step 4
Enter an email address you have access to and select "Continue".
Step 5
Fill out the information and once finished, select the "Create Account and Continue" button. This will create your account and allow you to order your official transcript.
