Create New Calendar in Bookings

Create New Calendar in Bookings

Step 1

Go to office.com and sign in with HCC credentials.

Step 2

Select the app launcher button and then Bookings.

Step 3

Select the create a new calendar button.

Step 4

Select create from scratch to make a new calendar.

Step 5

Give the calendar a name, add a logo if you choose, select one of the business type options, and set the business hours. Click next once finished.

Step 6

Invite the staff who need access to this calendar by searching for their name in the search box. Then assign a role using the drop down box next to their name. Once finished, select next.

Step 7

Ignore this step and select next.

Step 8

Choose who can see the bookings page and who can book appointments. By default, people in my organization is select. Select create calendar to finish setup process.
