Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication for GoToMyPC The First Time

(question)  Should you have any questions or concerns with the instructions, please notify the Technology Service Center for assistance. 

Step 1

Go to www.gotomypc.com and enter your HCC email address and GTMPC password. Then select "Log In".

 

Step 2

Select the "Get One-time security code as text message on mobile" option.

Step 3

A warning message will appear, select "Okay".

 

Step 4

Enter your cellphone number you wish to have the codes sent to. Then, select the "Text message (SMS)" option and select "Verify". This will finish the setup process.
