Conference Room Touchscreen Interface - WebCam Ready Series

The first thing you notice is that your available sources are in a box. There are two boxes, MH201 and MH202.

This only appears when there are no dividers between MH201 and MH202.

When the source is selected, the button will be highlighted in blue.

Room PC = Located on the podium

Laptop HDMI = Located on the table (Cable is under the cover)

Air Media = Requires Mobile devices and App

TV Tuner = Comcast Cable (Cable box is located in MH202 side)

Video Conferencing Preset = All in one, turns

Here we see that there are multiple destination to select, these the projector which can be selected.

You can select "All Display" then your "Room PC" will send the video and image to all display.

Please select "Go" after you have selected the destination

From the menu menu, select Video Conference Preset

This mode selects the Room PC, and selects all display. The Webcam in MH201 is activated and should be visible to the Room PC.

To verify, select the Camera Controls:

The webcam is activated and you can preview the camera.
