Reset HCC Login ID Password using PIN Number Instructions

 Should you have any questions or concerns with the instructions, please notify the Technology Service Center for assistance. 

Step 1

Go to login.howardcc.edu.

Step 2

Select the PIN reset option that is highlighted by the red arrow in the picture below.

Step 3

Enter your HCC Login ID, select the checkbox, and click the submit button.

Step 4

Select where you want your PIN number to be sent. You can choose your cellphone, email, or both. Click send PIN once you have made your choice.

Step 5

Below is an example PIN reset message.

Step 6

Enter that PIN number and then select validate. Then you can reset your password.
