(question)  Should you have any questions or concerns with the instructions, please notify the Technology Service Center for assistance.

Step 1

If you don't have a smartphone or tablet that you would like to use with the app, you will need to select Authentication Phone. If you use your Office Phone, have it call you as our phones don't understand text messages.

Step 2

Enter in your phone number and click Next.

Step 3

If it's a mobile phone you would like to use, you can select "Send me a code" to receive a text message instead, IT prefers you use the call me option for security reasons.

Step 4

If you select Call me your phone will ring, and ask you to press the # key to allow the sign in. If you selected Send me a code it will text you a code you must enter in to sign in.

Step 5

It will let you know it verified successfully. Click the blue Done button.

Step 6

It will ask you if you want to stay signed in, don't click yes unless this is a device only you can access.
