Tech info - How to reproduce issue

  1. Clean PC/Chrome profile
  2. Turn on Sync for your account then turn it back off
  3. Create a new profile
    1. Sign into https://drive.google.com
    2. It should show the below prompt
      1. If you click continue without the checkbox it will create a new profile for howardcc.edu with none of the bookmarks from this PC
      2. If you click continue with the checkbox it will rename this profile to your name and keep the bookmarks from this PC
