Tech info - How to reproduce issue
- Clean PC/Chrome profile
- Turn on Sync for your account then turn it back off
- Create a new profile
- Sign into https://drive.google.com
- It should show the below prompt
- If you click continue without the checkbox it will create a new profile for howardcc.edu with none of the bookmarks from this PC
- If you click continue with the checkbox it will rename this profile to your name and keep the bookmarks from this PC
