Because of the cross school setup we have, you may need to have Respondus from PGCC and from HCC installed at the same time.
- Below is the link to install Respondus for HCC, if you already have the PGCC one you'll be offered the "Second Institution" option at the top

- After it installs you'll see two options in your start menu, one for "Lockdown Browser" and one for "Lockdown Browser - Second Inst"
- Open the "Second Inst" version and it should show the below page
- Click on the blue "PGCC Students" in the bottom right
- Sign in with your PGCC username and password
- Go straight to your course in Canvas
- Open the quiz and select "Take Quiz"
- It should walk through the camera checks.
