- Check your system specs to see if you can run Windows on OSX or if you will need to reboot between them
- Click the Apple in the top left
Then click About this Mac
- If the line that says Memory shows less than 8 GB like below I recommend following the Bootcamp instructions which will require restarting your computer to switch between OSX and Windows instead of VMware fusion which will have Windows using memory in the background.

If you have 8 GB/12 GB/16 GB or more follow the below instructions to run Windows inside OSX.
