modes: You can view student computrs in three modes:
Share | The student's screen will be displayed at both the tutor and the student. Both the Tutor and the user at the student station will be able to enter keystrokes and mouse movements. |
Watch | The student's screen will be displayed at both the tutor and the student. Only the user at the student station will be able to enter keystrokes and mouse movements. The user at the tutor will be locked out. |

- Ensure all open applications at the Client workstations are closed.
- Select the icon(s) of the Clients you wish to Power Off.
- In the top left corner of your screen left click on "Student"
- Left click Power Management
- then left click "Power Off" Or,you can click the Manage icon on the control toolbar and choose "Power Off".
- The Client workstations will now Power Off.
To send out URLs to student computers in NetSupport using Google Chrome as the browser instead of Internet Explorer:

To copy files and folders from the instructor to a student
