In Excel, on the "Data" menu, select "Get Data".

Select "Legacy Wizards" and then select "From Text (Legacy).

Step 1 of the "Text Import Wizard" will appear. Select "Fixed width" for the file type. Then click the "Next" button.

Step 2 of the "Text Import Wizard" is presented. Adjust the lines that separate the fields by placing your cursor on the vertical line and moving left or right. Click the "Next" button.

Step 3 of the "Text Import Wizard" is presented. You may wish to change the data format to "Text", particular for columns with numeric data (to keep leading zeroes from being omitted and/or to avoid losing the two zeroes after a decimal point).
Check to see if the vertical lines (data separators) are in the correct places. Make adjustments if necessary. Then, click the "Finish" button.
