AV Control System (Projector Patrol)
The projector is controlled though through the Projector Patrol software found on at the instructor station. The projector screen can be raised and lowered using the controls found on the wall behind the instructor's podium. The instructions below show how to use the Projector Patrol software.
Projector Patrol
- To begin using the projector, click on Click the Projector Patrol icon located on the instructor's desktop to use the projector.
2. Click the ‘ON (Timer)’ button on the Projector Patrol window (A), this . This will open a new window labeled Set Projector Timer.
3. On the Set Projector Timer window, select how long you would like want the projector to remain on. You will have the option to turn the projector off early if necessary.
4. To power off the projector, click the Click the ‘Off’ button (B) to power off the projector.
5. The amount of time left on the projector will be displayed on the bar to the right (C).

Printing
All of the The CL237 classroom computers are connected to the printer located on the top of the laptop cart. In order to To print, you must be logged log into the computer using your personal HCC credentials.
When printing, please Please select the PaperCut printing option from the available printers list when printing. Once you have completed the printing process from the computer, you will need to must log into the Print Release station located next to the printer. Instructions for printing using Papercut can be found here: Student Printing Instructions.
