Open Outlook on your laptop/desktop by searching for "Outlook".

Enter in your @howardcc.edu email address and click "Connect".

On this screen select "Exchange".

A Windows Security pop-up window will appear.
For the username, enter your HCC login ID and then the @howardcc.edu. For example, if your name is John Smith and your HCC login ID is jsmith1234, then enterjsmith1234@howardcc.eduin the username field.
For the password, use the password that you set in password services.
Select the "Remember my credentials" checkbox and then click OK.

When it asks for a password select "More Choices
Uncheck the "Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too" option and then click "Done".

Enter in HCCMAIN and then your HCC Login ID (example, HCCMAIN\afakeman4914). Then enter your password.

Outlook will open and a new pop-up window will appear. Select the "Sign in" button.

It will automatically launch outlook and ask you to sign in. Sign in with your password.
Note
You will need to sign in each time you re-open outlook/reboot the PC.
