The instructions below cover using the document camera to display content on the projection system. You can connect your laptop or tablet using the HDMI or VGA cord provided at the instructor station. Once you have connected your device, select either the VGA or HDMI source option on the Crestron touch panel. If you need an adapter or are unsure if you can connect your device, please get in touch with the Technology Service Center by calling (443) 518-4444 ext. three or using this link to create a service request. AV Control System (Crestron)
The audio and projector settings, microphone, and webcam settings are controlled by the Crestron touch panel on the instructor podium. If you are experiencing issues with the audio, projection, or control panel, please get in touch with the Technology Service Center by calling (443) 518-4444 ext. three or using this link to create a service request. Displaying Video
The Home screen on the touch panel provides a list of sources available in the classroom. These sources will vary based on classroom type—a sample image below shows available sources and destinations.
- Select your source
- Select your destination
- Press 'Go'
Controlling Audio
The system volume can be adjusted by following the instructions below:
Check the volume on the computer and the video presented. In the Crestron Touch Screen, press Volume Up to increase the volume and Volume Down to decrease the volume. To mute the speakers, press Volume Mute.
