HyFlex Controls

The HyFlex camera and microphone system is controlled through the Crestron touch panel located at the instructor desk or conferene room podium.

Touch the Camera Control icon on the AV touch panel to control the camera.

The camera HyFlex rooms have both a front and rear camera. The cameras can be adjusted using the arrow controls or the camera presets.

Microphone Controls

The classroom and conference room microphones are configured to record the whole classroom and conference room. To mute microphones in the student area of a classroom, select 'Mute Ceiling Mics' from the volume controls on the AV touch panel. 

Troubleshooting

Wrong Output Selected:

The output for the instructor or conference room computer The most common issue with the HyFlex camera and microphone setup is selecting the correct input/output. The for both the camera and microphone, the input should be the EasyIP Mixer option, shown below :in Canvas and Zoom. For the room speakers, the output should also be set to the EasyIP Mixer option.
