Step 1
Go to www.gotomypc.com and enter your HCC email address and GTMPC password. Then select "Log In".

Select the "Don't have your phone?" option.

Select the "Contact Support" link.

Enter your first and last name in the name textbox. Then enter your HCC email address and select "Next".

Select the "Call Me" tab and then double check your name and email are correct. Then, enter a phone number that you have access to. For the "Reason for call" select the "Support" option and then for the description enter "Need verification code sent to email". After that you can select the blue "Call Me" button at the bottom.

The GoToMyPC support team will call you. Depending on how busy they are it could take as little as 30 seconds to as long as half an hour. When you talk to them mention that you need a verification code sent to email.

Enter the code the GoToMyPC support team emailed you into the 2-Step Verification box and select "Verify".

Once logged in select the "My Account" option.

Scroll down to the Security Settings tab. Then, change your cellphone number to a number you actually have access to. Select "Verify" to complete.
