Instructor Computer
To login to the instructor station you can use the default account by hitting enter on the keyboard, or you can log in using your HCC Login credentials by selecting "Other User" located in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. If the default account is not shown on the screen, please restart the computer.
Please do not save files on the instructor station. User profiles are regularly wiped from the computer and any saved information will be lost.
AV Control Systems
The projectors and classroom audio are controlled by the Crestron touch panel located on the instructor desk. If you are experiencing issues with the AV systems in the classroom, please contact the Technology Service Center by calling (443) 518-4444 ext. 3, or by using this link to create a service request. Please indicate if you would like immediate assistance, and a technician will respond to the classroom to assist you.
Connect Your Own Device
You can connect your laptop or tablet using the HDMI cord provided at the instructor station. Once you have connected your device, select the Laptop HDMI option from the AV touch panel controls. If you need an adapter or are not sure if you can connect your device, please contact the Technology Service Center by calling (443) 518-4444 ext. 3, or by using this link to create a service request. Please indicate if you would like immediate assistance, and a technician will respond to the classroom to assist you.
