Help my System won’t start

Nothing seems to be on or won’t turn on.

Is there power to the podium? Is there a master on switch that isn't flipped on? Look for a Red or black power switch around your podium.

If you attempt to flip the switch and there's still no power, please call 443.518.4444

Touchpanel will not respond to my touch

Projector Remote doesn’t do anything (Hickory Ridge)

Likely a pair of dead batteries. Call and we'll get some batteries, call 443.518.4444,

My Presentation Remote doesn't do anything.

There's usually an on/off switch on the right side of the remote, it'll show red when off or green when on. If it still doesn't respond, it's likely a dead battery, please call 443.518.4444

Am I not seeing video on the computer screen or the projector?

Is the computer screen on? Will it turn on when I move the mouse?

Check to see if someone has accidentally turned off the computer screen.

Is the computer tower on?

If not, there's usually a recessed black power button on the front side of the computer, try pushing that and you should see a white light, if not, please call 443.518.4444

Is my projector or presentation display on?

If your display is on, try routing the computer video to the projector, one more time.

Check to see if there are any loose video cables by the computer or the wall that may have come unplugged, if that doesn’t work, please call 443.518.4444, and we'll guide you through troubleshooting and more advanced steps.


I can’t hear audio!

Is my audio un-muted on the video I’m showing or on my computer?

Oftentimes, the audio will be muted in the video player, make sure that's unmuted. Additionally, the computer will often mute when booted, to allow you to prep things without interruption. Check that the computer is unmuted, after confirming that your video player is unmuted.


Is audio from my computer routed at the touchpanel? 

 Oftentimes people will forget to select the audio when routing. Please route your computer to the speakers and hit go.

Is the audio cable plugged into the computer?

 Sometimes the audio cable has worked it's way loose, Make sure the connector is snug both at the computer and at the wall.
